Where there are a number of projects to be tackled, The IIB assigns an Accredited Member Executives as scheme co-ordinator to support and assist the company in any way possible, whilst being a 'business friend'. The incredible value of the whole facility cannot be overstated. Under the scheme the Member Executive: - Is available at all reasonable times on a local number, to talk through whatever is on your mind If required, can attend your monthly planning meeting to ensure the company is adequately supported and progressing to plan. - Will plan and draw on the unlimited business resources of the Institute to answer any business query or tackle any project you may have. The company is required to make a regular monthly contribution to the scheme. In return you get a 'virtual board' of some of the Institute's top professionals available to advise you and undertake projects in a hands-on capacity. Without disrupting existing business and with the time to focus on your specific objective. |
